Service Description

No motivation to workout alone? Lacking accountability to stick to your health goals? We've all been there! Not having accountability to someone is the no 1 reason why we don't follow through with our good intentions to change our habits, to workout more, become stronger, fitter and happier! This training will give you the accountability you need to get the results YOU want! Come and join me and a small group of lovely ladies (10 max) to get you moving, eating well, becoming stronger and helping you achieve lasting and sustainable results. In addition to a weekly workout over zoom, you'll also get nutrition advice, accountability check ins, access to a private Whatsapp group to ask any questions between sessions and motivational and mindset tips to keep you on track. To make the most of the sessions and so that I can help you with your form, I'd highly recommend you have your camera on during the session :-) Terms And Conditions No refunds paid for missed sessions on the 6 week programme but a workout plan can be made available if you can't attend the weekly workout. Personal Training sessions require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If you do not provide a minimum of 36 hours’ prior notice, you may lose that session and no refund will be made to you.
