Whatever your goals are, we will work together to get you to where you want to be. Whether it’s to lose fat, gain muscle, build strength or just get fitter and love your body. I have helped hundreds of women around the world get results and feel good about themselves.

My approach is to first understand you better - what you have tried before, what you struggle with, what you like or don’t like doing when it comes to exercise, the foods you enjoy and don’t - before we put a plan of action together to get you the results you desire.


I’m a big believer in tailoring exercise and nutrition plans around lifestyle and exercise and food preferences because I want you to be able to sustain those changes which will lead to lasting results. 


And with the accountability that 1-2-1 training brings, I'll be making sure you stick to the exercise and nutrition plans that we set together.

I have always had a bit of a difficult relationship with fitness - I'm not a natural! I have dipped in and out of fitness plans over the years but have always struggled and felt demoralised and disappointed. I am so pleased I tried again, though, and that I chose Farzana.

I have just completed Farzana's 6 week programme (via Zoom!!) and it was brilliant. The sessions are challenging but achievable, and Farzana is so motivating and supportive throughout. She picks you up on technique and makes recommendations for how to improve, but isn't bossy or harsh. She makes you feel valued and genuinely believes in you.

After care is great and Farzana will message you after the session to check you're ok, and keep in touch during the week to provide encouragement and advice. Her recipes are also delicious!
