I was at a stage in my life where I had almost settled for the fact that I was not as fit and healthy as I had been when I was younger and I was accepting the weight that was creeping on. I was suffering from peri-menopausal symptoms and I wasn’t feeling like me. I didn’t like how I felt so I contacted Farzana - she has changed everything.

I’ve loved Farzana’s Ramadhan Reset. I never usually feel like I can go for walks during Ramadhan, but after following Farzana’s advice, I gave it a try—and she was right! Moving more actually gave me more energy, and I felt so much better for it. I’ve been managing my daily step target and Often way more!
Her morning motivation became something I really looked forward to, and the daily tips helped me stay mindful of my health without feeling overwhelmed. The meal ideas were also really helpful, making it easier to eat well and keep energised. So many tips were given during the course of the month, I’ve learnt so much!

What a wonderful morning spent in Farzana’s welcoming home! As part of her work as a holistic health and wellness coach, she hosts these incredible wellness breakfasts where like- minded women empowered to stay healthy and strong can meet.
She prepares a veritable feast of homemade foods - every ingredient sharing an important purpose in nourishing and strengthening our bodies. We talked, and laughed and shared and then listened to a talk that Farzana gave on a specific topic of interest. This time it was toxins. We are bombarded by the media about how toxins are invading our lives, but in Farzana’s talk she took us clearly and succinctly through some key messages on the topic - and most importantly what WE could do to help improve our health and limit toxins in our life.
Sometimes these sorts of changes can feel overwhelming and complex. But in Farzana’s hands, her clarity and practicality of approach meant we could easily identify some ‘quick wins’ and walk away with a list of adjustments to make from the small to the bigger - if we wanted to! It made me feel empowered to start making changes at home and I have made a great start!
Not only is Farzana extremely knowledgeable, a great chef and so passionate about her holistic wellness work, but she brings together like minded ladies in a friendly and warm environment where no matter our story, we are welcomed, valued and respected. I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed such an informative and enriching morning and I cannot wait for the next event! Thank you Farzana.
Reminiscing the breakfast morning at Farzanas last week Friday.
I loved everything about it - from the delicious & powerful foods with each dish having a purpose to heal and fuel our minds and bodies.
It was also really interesting to learn about the many toxins there are - from what we inhale, to what we digest and all the way to what we absorb on our skin.
The highlight of the day was being provided with practical tips on how we can make small changes regularly and how they all add up to reducing toxins in and on our bodies..

Another great morning at one of Farzanna’s events as always the food is incredible. Nutritious food that is beautifully presented simple to make and tastes wonderful. I recently attended a fabulous breakfast event after a recommendation by a friend. Farzana created a very welcoming atmosphere and shared her wealth of knowledge about nutrition & health.

I contacted Farzana when I was so desperate for help with my health and weight. Suffering daily with pain and weight gain I just came to a place where I couldn’t carry on living the way I was and eating unhealthy foods on a daily basis.
I needed someone to tell me what food to buy and tell me what to eat. Farzana assured me she could help and put something together for me immediately.
She was knowledgeable, informative and got to know what my struggles were. She was helpful in making the plan accessible for me. She was amazing with her tips and overall so encouraging and compassionate.
I saw changes really quickly, my pain levels reduced dramatically, my stomach ibs symptoms improved quickly, I started losing weight which gave me a boost. I dropped a dress size in my 6 week plan with her and with my diabetes I am not needing to get up for a wee in the night.

When I started working with Farzana in her small group online programme, I was stuck in unhealthy habits and wanted to find a way to better health and lifestyle practices that I can sustain. After being in a nutrition and fitness hole for the last two years and too nervous about going all in to get to where I needed to be Farzanas class was exactly what I needed. A really gentle ease in but done with so much thought, care and common sense. It reminded me how we only need to focus on one thing at a time to see results.

Farzana’s classes are fun and challenging, thoughtfully working with individual abilities. She also generously shares her extensive nutritional knowledge and delicious recipes. Following a hand operation, it's subsequent recovery and a prolonged bout of illness, I joined Farzana's 5 week course. At this point, I had not exercised in 8 months. I had lost an awful lot of strength and had put on over a stone in weight.
Farzana was so welcoming, beginning with a pre course phone call to ensure she was aware of any issues.
Farzana ensures the group is small in number so she is able to keep an eye, to encourage good form and prevent injury. Farzana will offer adjustments if you are unable to do certain exercises, she was always aware of my recovery. Throughout the session she offers encouragement about diet, not simply your 5 a day but encouraged me to increase my plant points. Her motivation and nutritional knowledge helped me stay on track with healthy eating. She advised taking body measurements rather than focusing on weight. She has a very gentle approach, but it's an approach that gets results.
I have regained some strength, I have lost weight and I'm so aware of good food. She has given me confidence to return to my gym. Farzana is someone who I want to stay in contact with, to draw on her knowledge and continue to improve my health. xx

Just finished an 8 week training session and couldn't recommend Farzana enough! I was looking to improve core and upper body strength to help with aerial hoop and have definitely noticed an improvement. Recently I have been able to do moves I've not been able to do before which is fantastic.
The studio is lovely, clean and well looked after. Farzana is motivating while not being pushy and takes into account how you are feeling each day.
A super friendly and highly effective work out class. Lots of personally tailored exercises for each individual and tips for healthy eating and living that keep me focused on a healthier lifestyle even when I'm not in the class!
I usually hate hard-work exercise but Farzana somehow manages to provide a really tough workout, but in a completely enjoyable way :)
I have never felt as good as I did after starting Farzana’s sessions. I felt stronger, fitter and better. She taught me about nutrition without me feeling I was being taught it. She’s made me more aware of choices I make for myself and that has rubbed off on my friends and family.

Having never had the experience of working with a personal trainer before, Farzana was brilliant and I’d highly recommend her. Farzana is a great PT! I was quite nervous at the beginning & wasn’t sure I would do as well as I did. She made an effort each week to catch up & enquire about the week.
I have young children so it is very difficult to find time for myself & even change my diet. She was supportive all throughout & worked with me on everything!

I enjoyed the 6 week small group classes with Farzana. The timing fitted well as it was just after school drop off.
Each class was a bit different and involved sets of strength/stamina exercises under the guidance of Farzana.
Working in a small group meant that our form could be corrected when necessary and it made it feel social too as we would chat and exchange knowledge whilst we worked out.
Each week our workout finished with a tasty nutritious treat from Farzana who then shared the recipes and tips on how to customise to suit different tastes/availability of ingredients.
The online support was good with regular messages of support and information.

I was apprehensive about joining Farzana's fitness classes as I was following a well renowned online fitness programme yet I had not achieved the results I wanted and I had also injured myself after doing an exercise incorrectly.
I knew I needed to join a fitness group with a trainer who would motivate me on the day but also keep a check on my fitness and wellbeing. I joined Farzana in June 2021 and that has been one of the best decisions I took for myself. The first couple of sessions were hard for me as I was working out at home but probably never used the correct technique
Farzana not only challenges you during the workout but also makes sure we are doing the exercises using the correct form to achieve the best results and not injure ourselves. She never stops motivating her clients even during our mini 40 second rest periods and provides us with lots of nutrition and psysilogical tips.
All her sessions has lots of varieties and Farzana caters for all abilities (from body weight workout to different weights depending on your strength)
Now almost 4 months into the journey, I can physically observe the changes in my strength. It is definitely due to the fact that Farzana supports her clients throughout the week as it's easy to steer away and I look after myself more even on the days I am not training with her.

Getting myself to commit to regular physical training was far from possible. I never related all the back pain I had to lack of exercise until my friend introduced me to Farzana's classes! My body looks and feels different. I love how strong it is getting and how this has minimised my back pain. Farzana is honestly more than just any physical trainer. What I love most about being on her regular weekly sessions is that she follows up on each of us, guides us to improve both our body and life. The advice she gives is what she lives by. The stretch and core course with Farzana was perfectly geared to aid in my journey of maintaining 'movement' throughout the Holy Month of Ramadhan. I knew if I didn't join the class and had a break then it would be extremely difficult to start training after this Month of fasting. This course was the perfect balance of not too intense but at the same time feeling accomplished at the end, be it with a light core exercise or deep stretches. I would definitely join Farzana if she were to do another session of the stretch and core course and highly recommended it to anyone who finds high intensity training too much for them or even alongside a Hiit workout. I’ve never been the diet type or the exercise type, a few years ago I did a programme with lots of exercise (which was good) but also no wheat, no dairy and no sugar. This was fine while it lasted- but was not sustainable at all... Fast forward 5-7 years, slim to nil exercise and eating lots and lots and lots of junk.... As you can imagine I was the biggest I’ve ever been and had been feeling quite rubbish about myself.
Then I signed up to Farzana’s 6 week zoom course. I was so so so pleased to realise there was no ‘bad’ foods, Farzana encourages the idea of eating mindfully, sitting down, considering the nutritional value and most importantly enjoying the food. I’ve actually enjoyed swapping biscuits to dates and hot chocolate to fruit tea!
Then the exercise.... so I had forgotten that actually it’s not too bad and I actually (secretly) enjoy doing it with Farzana on zoom! At the start of the 6 weeks- I couldn’t do things that now are not too bad at all! A real measurable difference! (Oh and I’ve lost a good few cm off my tummy)
Overall Farzana is so super positive, so fun and helpful but at the same time has pushed me to keep going and to definitely not give up. I’m soo pleased I signed up to this course. It’s exactly what I needed. I’ve already signed up for the next one- that in itself is the ultimate 5 star review.

has also created online courses via ZOOM. this enabled me to be enrolled in those classes held in London while being myself in Germany or even in Lebanon. What I like most is that the trainer shows several substitutes for every workout so that each participant gets the best result of what she can do. There is always time for stretching and breathing at the end of each session in addition to health tips. I attend Saturday morning classes and a private course on Thursdays. The course is systematic and I feel that every muscle gets its share. It can notice the difference weekly. Honestly, this is more than what I asked for and it is even inexpensive at all. I find the trainer so helpful and nice. She is always there for questions and inquiries.

I have always had a bit of a difficult relationship with fitness - I'm not a natural! I have dipped in and out of fitness plans over the years but have always struggled and felt demoralised and disappointed. I am so pleased I tried again, though, and that I chose Farzana.
I have just completed Farzana's 6 week programme (via Zoom!!) and it was brilliant. The sessions are challenging but achievable, and Farzana is so motivating and supportive throughout. She picks you up on technique and makes recommendations for how to improve, but isn't bossy or harsh. She makes you feel valued and genuinely believes in you.
After care is great and Farzana will message you after the session to check you're ok, and keep in touch during the week to provide encouragement and advice. Her recipes are also delicious!
I definitely noticed an impact after Farzana's sessions and could feel how effective they were.
Farzana is friendly, supportive and encouraging - but she also gets results. If you are considering a Personal Trainer, you need Farzana.

She clearly had a wealth of knowledge in not only nutrition but health, fitness and creating a balanced lifestyle. Beach Bootcamp, what a great way to start the day! Farzana is such an inspirational person and her beach bootcamp session was a perfect balance of cardio and strength exercises.
