Studies show that working-out outside is good for our souls! It has been found to reduce stress and mental fatigue, improve our moods, and even make us work harder without feeling like we’re exerting yourself as much. What better way to work out hard than with a group of fantastic ladies and admiring the view of Hillhead Seafront at the same time. An added bonus of getting your Vitamin D fix in too!
