ABOUT ME

I’ve lived down South for the majority of my life but with some time in London and Birmingham. I have a background in Finance and Project Management but my true passion has always been in nutrition and health. 


I am at my absolute happiest when I am surrounded by my family and friends, immersed in nature, being active and enjoying fresh nutritious food. Often all components at the same time!


Having had 4 children in 5 years, life has certainly been busy to say the least, and with my youngest now at school, I have decided to live my passion and do what I love best.


I am now a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor with a keen interest in Nutrition and weight management as well as Hormone health. Yes those darn hormones which cause havoc for women!


I am also qualified as a Suspension exercise trainer and am currently studying for my Advanced Level 4 Obesity and Diabetes Specialism. I plan to continuously learn so that I can offer the best to my clients. 


I am so passionate about great health and lifestyle and want to help others.


For me, it is not just about helping people look good but even more so to FEEL great, be healthy and to motivate people to make changes in their life that they’re struggling with.  Having the right mindset and attitude can literally change your life.


With the demands of a large family and life’s commitments, I know how hard it can be to workout and take control of your life and I’m here to help.


My personal training sessions offer a bespoke nutrition and exercise plan to get you RESULTS! It is not about a quick fix, but a programme that is sustainable for life.
